Regular Employee Training: Strengthening Awareness and Preparedness

We conduct employee training sessions every few months to enhance their awareness and preparedness. These sessions include dialogues aimed at improving employee under-standing and knowledge. After each meeting, a summary is provided to the shop manager, highlighting key observations and recommendations for improvement.

Additionally, employees learn about new subjects and engage in practical exercises that simulate various situations, equipping them to handle potential risks more effectively.

This ongoing training approach ensures that employees stay up to date and are well-prepared to address any challenges that may arise.
